If a piece is damaged during shipping, the recipient needs to provide photos of damaged shipping container and proof of damage to product within 7 business days of delivery. Recipient needs to email Gray and Johnson Art at infograyjohnsonart@gmail.com to be reviewed for damage. Once Gray and Johnson Art receives email of damaged container and product, they will respond back to the recipient's email provided within 5 business days. If product is damaged, Gray and Johnson Art will refund the recipient full cost of product once they have received damaged product from recipient. Product needs to be sent via UPS or FedEx to Gray and Johnson Art. All details will be provided in email to recipient. Gray and Johnson Art will cover return shipping cost if approved for return. All non-damaged goods are FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING PROVIDED BY GRAY AND JOHNSON ART-SIGNATURE REQUIRED. All framed and wrapped canvases will be shipped through UPS. Gray and Johnson Art will cover the cost of the insurance.
